WHO WE ARE
Barbara is a private office real estate manager and home organiser, responsible for overseeing UHNI clients’ property assets, both their main residencies and their holiday homes. Born and raised in Italy, UK passport, former lawyer and world traveller. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
Zigmars is a project manager, working in the construction and maintenance business for over a decade, both in England and Eastern Europe. Born and raised in Latvia, moved to London after completing studies in business management. Ex professional athlete, musician and wood lover. Fluent in Russian, English and German.

Barbara Bentley Property Management is a boutique business based in Ibiza. We specialise in all-year round management, maintaining a selected number of properties of different sizes, assisting resident and non-resident property owners with maintenance, renovations and keeping their homes well-loved at all times.
We moved to the island after living and working in London in the real estate world for over ten years. We have an extensive experience in looking after a variety of assets on behalf of international clients demanding privacy, professionalism and a high-standard care.
